Who will use my space?+
Your space is made available to churches, Christian ministries and organisations within the Gather network. All are verified and have agreed to our community guidelines. Every booking request is made by a responsible contact person.
How does the submission process work?+
After you submit, we will reach out to schedule a call. During the call, we discuss your space and preferences and after which we will share a proposal. We then together set up your account and listing(s), ensuring your space is presented optimally on the platform.
What are the costs?+
For space providers, we charge a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee for visibility. Fees depend on the size and number of spaces and how they are offered—commercially, at a reduced fee, or free of charge. Based on this, we provide a tailored proposal for your space or portfolio. The renter pays a small booking fee per reservation to Gather.
For the first 50 spaces that join, we offer launch benefits such as reduced fees and additional onboarding support.
Do I decide on the rental terms?+
Yes. You set your availability, terms and pricing. You can enable instant booking or require approval for each request. We are happy to review this together.
What about risk and liability?+
Gather facilitates the connection and booking process, while agreements are made between the parties involved. We provide a clear structure around responsibilities and platform use, enabling both renters and space providers to work together with confidence.

Do I need professional photos?+
Strong visuals help showcase your space clearly and attract bookings. We can advise you on this and also offer different photography options. If you already have photos, we can review them together to see if they meet our guidelines and are suitable for the platform.
Do I have to set up everything myself?+
No. We offer guided onboarding in this phase and walk you through each step of your profile and listing setup to ensure everything is complete and professional.
What if I change my mind?+
There's no lock-in. We're here to support you, and you can pause or stop at any time.
