Gather (hereafter: "Gather", "we") is a platform that connects churches, ministries, and Christian organisations with spaces to gather in cities.

We use your data for processing your request (registration or space submission), preparing your use of the platform, contacting you regarding your request or use of the platform, and keeping you informed about developments and updates.
We also use data to improve our services by gaining better insight into supply and demand and to support initial connections between space seekers and space providers.
We use data to gain insight into current and future space needs and to analyse patterns and developments. These insights help us to improve and expand the supply of spaces, identify and approach new locations based on actual demand, and share aggregated insights with relevant stakeholders, such as municipalities. These analyses do not contain identifiable personal data.
For "space tips", we use the provided information to contact relevant locations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data based on consent, performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest, including improving our services, developing a relevant supply of spaces, and aligning supply and demand.

We do not sell your data.
We work with external service providers to support our website and platform. These parties may process personal data on our behalf, for example for hosting and data storage.
We remain responsible for this data and ensure appropriate security measures are in place.
We enter into data processing agreements where required.

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary: contact and request data up to 24 months, account data (if applicable) as long as the account is active, and analytical data anonymised where possible.
