The church is growing and will continue to grow. That requires a solution to today's and tomorrow's space challenges.
Existing spaces must become more visible and better utilized. Collaboration must increase. And additional space is needed to support continued growth.
Space should never be a barrier to growth.
We're building a network of spaces designed around the rhythm of Christian community life, making it easier to find, use, and share space.
Gather was born in prayer in 2024 and launched in April 2026 by Jade and Nicolas Griffioen, out of a desire to serve the church in the city.
Our vision
The church is growing. We are building to facilitate that growth.
We believe God wants to make space for the church of today, and for the church of the future.
For all the gatherings yet to come. For everything that is still to be built.
In the city, space is becoming increasingly scarce. This calls for a different way of looking at space.
Space already exists, but needs to be better connected, shared and used, alongside new forms of space.
What we're building toward
Five pillars
Space in many forms
Every church has different needs. From Sunday services to prayer, small groups, training, or recordings. Space must be flexible and fit the rhythm of Christian community life.
Together we lack nothing
We believe there doesn't have to be a shortage. When we collaborate and share spaces, abundance emerges.
The church visible in the city
The church belongs in the heart of the city. Where people are, where needs exist, and where impact is needed.
Building on social impact
Churches already contribute to community, care, and meaning. We want to build further on that proven social return.
Pay it forward
Larger, established churches help younger initiatives grow by sharing space and opportunities.
